Welcome to CASS™; a unique CRM Capability Assessment designed by Pyinna. CASS™ allows you to analyse 8 separate areas of your CRM situation and provides a useful graphical overview of your strengths and weaknesses that you see building up as you complete each section.

Instructions

Each question or statement represents the optimum CRM situation. Estimate your current situation from 0 to 10 (0 being the worst situation, 10 being the optimum). Leave the result BLANK if the question is inappropriate to your organisation. By registering to use CASS™ the system will maintain your scores and allow you to review and edit these and establish how your CRM capability changes over time as you develop your CRM programme. Completing the CASS™ questionnaire will take approximately 20 minutes and result in an instant graphical overview that you can print off.
