Pyinna was formed by 4 founding partners who have worked exclusively in the UK CRM marketplace since the late 1980s.
– a European Business graduate with 15 years experience in IT sales and marketing. Of these the last 8 years have been focussed on CRM implementations including identifying and developing customer requirements for clients such as npower, Gaz de France, PHH, Warner Lambert and Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank.
– a Computer Science graduate with 25 years experience covering all aspects of CRM implementations including project managment, data conversion, interface design, business and systems analysis.
– a Behavioural Science graduate who brings a wealth of understanding of the human issues involved in implementing CRM. His 20 years IT experience has been gained with customers such as London Stock Exchange and Societe Generale.
– brings over 10 years system analysis, design, programming and integration experience - in particular web site to database connectivity.
